Precision Marine Services started in October 2003 and is run by Dale Lanesbury and his wife Alisha. Dale has been in the marine industry since he was fourteen years old and started working weekends and school holidays after being offered a part time job during his work experience at a large marine repairer at Marmong Point. Enjoying the work so much Dale set of to get a trade in the industry and landed a job with one of the Newcastle’s largest marine retailers (Hirecraft Marine Toronto). After nine years and the completion of an apprenticeship and many factory training courses he decided to start his own business and four years on its going in leaps and bounds.
